ESPN’s Troy Aikman is catching some heat over his comments during Monday Night’s Chiefs-Raiders game.
Before halftime, the Chiefs were screwed by a terrible roughing the passer penalty.
This was called roughing the passer 🗑

The call was so bad that Troy Aikman told the NFL to “take the dresses off” and change the rule.

Fans immediately blasted Aikman and called him sexist over his comments.
Did Troy Aikman really just say what I think he said?
Did he really just say that it's time for the league to"take the dresses off"? The 60's called, they want their chauvinist back.

Troy Aikman just said “we need to take the dresses off” on national tv about a call. Can we as a country cancel him so I never have to hear his voice again?

Horrible horrible call in this MNF game but the “Take the dresses off” comment has to go and stop being acceptable when referencing toughness and physicality.

Love when @TroyAikman says the NFL rules committee should “take off their dresses” because of a bad call. Yea, it’s definitely the fault of women…who aren’t invited to the ultimate boys club. You should definitely blame us.

Did the commentator on MNF really just say “take the dresses off” wow. This is 2022. How are people still saying stuff like this?

Listen, I don’t love the body weight roughing the passer call either, but Troy Aikman saying “take the dresses off” is hella antiquated and dumb.
Football men, please stop doing this.

How about we don't say "take the dresses off" ever again, Troy. Gross. #MNF
