The Raiders are not likely to fire Josh McDaniels anytime soon according to a report.
Despite struggling this season, McDaniels has already been given assurances by team owner Mark Davis that he’s return next season.

The La Times’ Bill Plaschke reports that the Raiders can’t afford to fire McDaniels and hire a new coach.
