Deion Sanders is already making big changes at Colorado.
Over the weekend, Sanders was hire to fix the 1-11 team and he appears to plan to do it overnight.
Less than two days after taking the job, Sanders named his Shedeur the team’s starting QB.
Deion just told his son Shedeur Sanders to stand up and said “that’s your QB”
So, that’s one way to do it. pic.twitter.com/1sQhY5zdz9

Sanders met with the team on Sunday and straight up told players to hit the transfer portal because he was bring his own “luggage.”
Deion made it clear to the Colorado players that he’s bringing his own luggage with him “and it’s Louis” so they better take a look at the transfer portal pic.twitter.com/Ffr6DHQzB6

Fans reacted to the video of Sanders being brutally honest with Colorado players.
This is why Colorado hired him. https://t.co/NY8dtBN29S

I’m sure coaches everywhere do this, but is this not wildly disrespectful to those kids?? https://t.co/iC3kEwyLy9

I love how people will claim they want what’s best for a football program and then complain when a coach comes in to do the dirty work that it takes to actually be successful. Can’t have both. Either you care about winning or protecting feelings 🤷🏽♂️ One doesn’t help keep a job! https://t.co/qaak2d04wT

People gonna sit here and criticize but when the program sucks you gotta shut it down and get guys you want in the program. Some guys will stick if they’re legit but this is organization 101 https://t.co/vAGukiU9iy

This Deion Sanders to Colorado thing is the biggest boom/bust situation I’ve ever seen. I would not be surprised if they go 2-10 next year after he basically told the entire roster to consider entering the transfer portal bc he’s bringing players to take their positions. https://t.co/ZtzWNJl9hV
