Russell Wilson hit up the casino to drown his sorrows after he was told he wasn’t playing on Sunday.
On Friday, Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett revealed that Wilson would sit out a week after suffering a concussion despite the fact that Wilson cleared the concussion protocol. Wilson was reportedly not happy with the decision.
Nathaniel Hackett said Russell Wilson has passed the concussion protocol.
“With that being said, as an organization we decided to give him another week to get ready, so he’s ready to go for the Los Angeles Rams.”

So, Russ opted to "let it ride" tonight at a Denver-area casino. 😁
