Trey Lance is going to have to play another game in terrible weather.
Last week, Lance and the Niners played in Chicago on a soaking wet field, which led to some trouble for the young QB.
The Athletic’s David Lombardi is reporting that the weather forecast Niners Week 2 home matchup against the Seattle Seahawks isn’t looking great. As of now, there’s currently an 84% chance of rain for Santa Clara, CA, on Sunday.

Some Niners fans are clearly concerned about the team playing in bad weather again.

Would like to say I'm not a fan of what rain is trying to do to the Niners https://t.co/nrgSjSDih9

Other Niners fans don’t want to hear excuses and want Lance and the team to get the job done.
Stop the excuses and get the job done @49ers. Lance needs to wake up and start making better decisions. Everyone needs to play better and get focused. https://t.co/KiGkXp9VIM

Maybe after dealing with the rain in Chicago, Lance is better prepared for bad weather games this season.
We’ll have to wait and see how the young QB is able to adjust and win under bad conditions.
