LSU’s Angel Reese is firing back at her critics after winning the national championship.
Last week, Caitlin Clark went viral when she hit an opposing player with a “you can’t see me” celebration after the game.

On Sunday, Reese hit Clark with same “you can’t see me celebration” and was called classless by many people.

After the game, Reese wondered why she was criticized for taunting when others like Clark have been praised for taunting their opponent.
“All year I was critiqued about who I was, I’m too hood, I’m too ghetto, y’all told me that all year. But when other people do it y’all don’t say nothing. This was for the girls that look like me, speak for what they believe in, and being unapologetically you.”

Others have noted that Clark wasn’t criticized for taunted but Reese was.
The discussion around the conduct of Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese is valid and necessary. Professionalism is used as a tool for racism — and that is what’s at play here. The same behavior is acceptable when exhibited by Caitlin but unacceptable when exhibited by Angel. Why? pic.twitter.com/lMhzHIJci8
