It appears that Bucs players believe Tom Brady is going to either retire or play for another team next season.
After the Bucs were eliminated from the playoffs last week, Brady sounded like he was saying goodbye to the franchise during his postgame press conference.
Tom Brady ends his press conference with a thank you to the media in what sounded like a goodbye: "I love this organization. It's a great place to be. Thank you everybody for welcoming me. Just very grateful for the respect and I hope I gave it back to you guys."

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that several Bucs players have told him that they would be surprised if Brady came back to Tampa Bay next season.
