Washington Commanders head coach Ron Rivera appeared to put his QB, Carson Wentz, on blast.
When asked Monday to explain why Washington hasn’t been able to show as much progress as other NFC East teams, Rivera delivered a stunning answer.
“Quarterback,” he said.
Ron Rivera was asked why the other three teams in the NFC East are better than the Washington Commanders right now.
His answer: "Quarterback."

Rivera went on to say he didn’t regret trading for Wentz.
“No, I don’t have any regrets about our quarterback,” Rivera said. “I think our quarterback has done some good things. There’s been a couple occasions that he’s struggled, but you look at his numbers from yesterday and he was OK.
