Washington Commanders head coach Ron Rivera was not pleased with ESPN’s report from Thursday afternoon.
According to ESPN, Commanders Dan Snyder was the one who decided to sign Carson Wentz, and not Rivera’s choice.
Still involved: “Sources familiar w/the deal say that it was Snyder who pushed for Wentz – & Commanders football staffers have told people around the league as much. "It was 100% a Dan move," says a source w/ knowledge of the inner workings of the deal.”https://t.co/Y46EbwIz8H

RB Brian Robinson: 17 carries, 60 yards, 1 TDBears QB Justin Fields: 14 for 27, 190 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

After the Commanders latest win on Thursday Night football, Rivera cursed out reporters and stormed out of the press conference while defending Wentz.
A fired up Ron Rivera on the report that Dan Snyder picked Carson Wentz: "It's bullsh*t. I'm the fu**ing guy that pulled out the sheets of paper, looked at the analytics and watched the tape in freaking Indianapolis (at the Combine)."

Commanders fans loved the passion from Rivera.
Love the fire! Sometimes when you lack the talent, or personnel you need a jolt, any motivation or fuel. https://t.co/cVPMtcUfYM

I love it whenever a coach gives us an angry post game press conference, we need more of it https://t.co/LedKvcREOX
