Commanders RB Brian Robinson Returns To Practice Two Weeks After Getting Shot

It didn’t take long for Brian Robinson to return to practice after getting shot.

Two weeks ago, Robinson was shot twice in the lower extremities during a robbery attempt gone wrong.

On Wednesday, Robinson was seen back in practice for the first time since the shooting took place. According to various reports, Robinson was working out on a stationary bike.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Washington Commanders’ rookie running back has a realistic chance of returning in Week 5, team sources told ESPN.

Robinson impressed many with his play in the preseason, and it appeared that he was getting set to be named the starting running back for the Commanders before getting shot.

If Robinson continues to progress the way he is there’s a shot that he could come back earlier than expected.
