Things got a bit awkward between Jackson State in-house reporter Rob Jay and Jackson State head coach Deion Sanders.
The interview appeared to be a standard weekly interview between the two, but things went south fast.
The interview starts off with Jay asking Sanders, ‘how he’s feelin’ today?’ but Sanders felt Jay wasn’t being his true self and called him out on it.
Sanders told Jay he was “not talking like that just two minutes ago” and asked him to “come in how [he] normally sound[s].” Jay stated that he wants to be clear, concise, and professional, to which Sanders asked if “being him” was not professional.
