Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel got emotional while speaking about Tua Tagovailoa’s head injury on Thursday.
During the team’s Thursday Night Football game, Tua was stretchered off the field after taking a brutal hit to the head.

During the team’s press conference on Friday morning, an emotional McDaniel got teared up talking about Tua getting stretchered off.

McDaniel continued to defend the team’s handling of Tua’s injury coming into the Thursday Night Football game.

McDaniel revealed that he sat next to Tua on the team plane ride home and watched the movie MacGruber together.
