Former LSU head coach Ed Orgeron doesn’t seem broken up about parting ways with the school last season.
On Tuesday, Coach O sat down with the Little Rock Touchdown Club and was honest about his departure from the school.
Early on in the interview, Coach O says he knew things were going bad in his final season.
“We had a meeting, and they said coach, things aren’t going well….no sh*t even Ray Charles could see that one.”
Here’s what Coach had to say when LSU offered him a $17,100,000 buyout to not coach the team anymore.
“What time do you want me to leave, and what door do you want me out of, brother?'”

Coach O’s final season was marred in scandal. According to a report from The Athletic, Coach O hit on the pregnant wife of the school’s top executives which angered many within LSU.
Not long after Coach O’s embarrassing blunder, the school decided to let him coach out the rest of the reason before agreeing to buy him out.
It doesn’t appear like Coach O is cool with staying at home and collecting his millions.
