Lamar Jackson’s decision to not travel to Cincinnati to cheer on his team has made some fans angry.
Last week, Jackson revealed that he was sitting out the team’s game against the Bengals with a knee injury.
“Thank you everyone for your support and concerns regarding my injuries. I want to give you all an update as I am in the recovery process. I’ve suffered a PCL grade 2 sprain on the borderline of a strain 3. There is still inflammation surrounding my knee and my knee
remains unstable. I’m still in good spirits, as I continue with treatments on the road to recovery. I wish I could be out there with my guys more than anything but I can’t give a 100% of myself to my guys and fans I’m still hopeful we still have a chance”
On Sunday night, NBC’s Melissa Stark revealed that Jackson had chosen not to travel with the team while recovering from his injury.
Fans felt it was a bad look for Lamar to not be on the sidelines with his teammates.
Lamar Jackson blew it by not being on the sideline for his team tonight. It’s fine if you can’t physically play, but this is flat out quitting.

Why is Lamar Jackson not on the sideline wearing a headset helping this team? Am I wrong for feeling this way? Contract or not, this speaks volumes to me about leadership and controlling what you can control. Just not a good look

@Lj_era8 you couldn’t even be available on the sideline to help your guys? Be there to hype the boys and show support? I thought you where for the team and the fact your not out there makes me question the fact you’re already looking to leave @Ravens

Why was Lamar Jackson not on the Ravens' sideline for last night's game? Even if you're not playing, skipping a playoff game seems like a weird thing to do to your teammates.
