Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer is being called out for making up a fake feel-good story about Mike Tomlin.
On Thursday, Glazer tweeted about how Tomlin found some kids on the street fighting and invited them to Steelers camp.
Best thing/story I’ve seen so far on my camp tour. A little backstory. @CoachTomlin was driving in his car when he saw these kids fighting in the street. Tomlin pulls over and the kids, in obvious shock at who stepped out of the car, stopped fighting. (Read full story below) pic.twitter.com/08pFlZTtfx

Joey Porter’s wife, Christy Porter, claims Glazer is lying and made up the fake feel-good story out of thin air. According to Christy Porter, the kids had known Tomlin for some time and were model students at their school.

What a d*** shame,” Porter exclaimed in her facebook post. “People will say anything to sell a story. Character assassination will not be tolerated. These young kids were rewarded with attending Steelers Training Camp for being model students and outstanding community members.
Coach Tomlin has a relationship with these kids from the Jasmine Nyree Campus, not from a fight in the streets. Jay Glazer has 24 hours to remove this story or my attorney will be contacting him.”
Glazer has yet to respond to Christy Porter’s accusations.
