Aaron Donald is an absolute freak of nature and even makes The Rock look small in comparison.
On Wednesday, The Rock made his way to the Rams facility to work out with Donald in Thousand Oaks.
The Rock posted a video of the workout on his social media account.

The two hit the weight room, and Donald gave The Rock insight on what he was lifting before the Super Bowl.
“A couple of weeks before the Super Bowl we put up 400 plus on the bench,” Donald said.
Donald busted out the Lombardi trophy and championship ring so the Rock could hold them.
