Jake Paul has named the one UFC fighter he wouldn’t box.
While appearing on Sean O’Malley’s TimboSugarShow podcast, Paul admitted that he wouldn’t want to box UFC middleweight Israel Adesanya because he considers Izzy one of the best strikers in the history of the sports.
“Honestly bro, he’s like probably the only fighter in the UFC that I wouldn’t fight. He’s tall as f*** and his striking… I think he’s probably, arguably, one of the best strikers- top three ever in the history of the sport. But there are a lot of UFC fighters and he’s literally really the only one who I wouldn’t [want to fight].”
As for his future, Jake has Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor in his sights.
“I think it’s like okay Jake Paul beats Nate (Diaz), then you know it just gets closer and closer to Conor not being able to duck me anymore”
As of now Jake is currently in limbo after canceling his last fight against Hasim Rahman Jr. and appears to be waiting for Nate Diaz to finish out his UFC contract by fighting Khamzat Chimaev on September 17th.
