Ja’Marr Chase had some issues with the refs after the AFC championship game.
On third and nine in the fourth quarter, the refs gifted the Chiefs a do-over because one of the refs wasn’t set up on the field.

The do-over then prompted a holding penalty that ended up giving the Chiefs a first down.

Chase wasn’t happy that the Chiefs were able to get several 3rd down opportunities in one play thanks to the refs.

Bengals fans showed support with Chase for calling out the reffing in the game.
Bengals fans, NFL fans in general, don't let someone tell you that you're not allowed to call out blatant failures in officiating. There is no weird moral high ground here. Every game has plays that could've been made that weren't. Not every game has horrible officiating. This https://t.co/r8XyIHBqaz

Others noted that the Chiefs punted on the drive.
Chiefs scored 0 points that drive and you literally got the ball back, nice cope https://t.co/t7R0RWimnQ

And then they punted it back to you and you all did nothing with it.
