There some terrible news coming from the 49ers locker room.
On Sunday, QB Jimmy Garoppolo left the Niners-Dolphins game in a cart with a foot injury.

According to head coach Kyle Shanahan Garoppolo broke his foot on Sunday and will be out for the season.
