Things got heated between Kyler Murray and Kliff Kingsbury on Thursday Night.
Minutes before halftime, Kingsbury appeared angry with Murray for having to burn a timeout while in the red zone.
While making his way to the sideline, Murray yelled “calm the F down” at Kingsbury.

Kingsbury downplayed the heated moment between the two and said it looked worse on TV.
Kliff Kingsbury on the animated conversation with Kyler Murray during the game: "We had a difference of opinion. He said I didn't look good on TV acting that fiery. So, maybe it's a Gen Z thing, ‘You're on TV, calm down.' But I like showing emotion."https://t.co/DwjUsPzfJm

Kyler also didn’t think it was a big deal.
Kyler Murray said he was reacting to Kliff Kingsbury’s animated behavior on the sideline when he told the coach to calm the F down. “It was just in the moment and after that, we’re all good,” Murray said. No need for further conversation about it, QB says. pic.twitter.com/Yhi3sprmEY
