Kevin Durant isn’t the only Nets player unhappy with the team’s front office.
On Monday, The Athletic’s Shams Charania dropped a bombshell report in which he revealed that Durant had told Nets owner Joe Tsai that he needed to fire GM Sean Marks and head coach Steve Nash if he wanted to keep him.
“In a meeting with Nets owner Joe Tsai, Kevin Durant reiterated his trade request and informed Tsai that Tsai needs to choose between Durant or the pairing of general manager Sean Marks and coach Steve Nash, sources say.”
“Sources: Kevin Durant informed Joe Tsai that he does not have faith in the Nets‘ direction. The meeting was described as transparent and professional, with a clear message: Keep me — or the GM and coach. ”

A source close to the Nets organization indicated Kyrie Irving is none too pleased with the pair, either.
“Kyrie Irving hates these guys,” the source told The Post’s, Josh Kosman. “He feels that Nash is terrible and Marks is bad.”

Nets owner Joe Tsai has already gone on Twitter to defend his front office staff members.
Our front office and coaching staff have my support. We will make decisions in the best interest of the Brooklyn Nets.
