Lamar Jackson has reportedly named the one team he really wants to play.
On Monday, Jackson announced that he had requested a trade from the team back on March 2nd before they hit with the non-exclusive franchise tag.
in regards to my future plans. As of March 2nd I requested a trade from the Ravens organization for which the Ravens has not been interested in meeting my value, any and everyone that’s has met me or been around me know I love the game of football and my dream is to help a team

According to Albert Breer, Jackson told Meek Mill that he wanted to play for the Patriots and Meek in turn texted Pats owner Robert Kraft.
Patriots owner Robert Kraft said Meek Mill texted him three or four days ago saying Lamar Jackson wanted to come to New England. Kraft responded that would be Bill Belichick’s decision.

NFL network’s Ian Rapoport has since reported that Jackson has been negotiating with the Ravens about a new deal and he believes Jackson’s trade request is about money.
“In the last week or so Lamar Jackson has been negotiating with the Ravens on a deal which leads me to believe that the trade request is more about money, financials rather than any sort of fractured relationships”
It’s still unclear how the Lamar situation will unfold but this certainly is an interesting turn.
