Tony Buzbee, the lawyer for most women who have sued Deshaun Watson for sexual misconduct, put ESPN’s Adam Schefter on blast.
Earlier this year, Schefter found himself in hot water when he appeared to sympathize with Watson after he was acquitted by a grand jury.
This is why Deshaun Watson, from the beginning, welcomed a police investigation: He felt he knew that the truth would come out. And today, a grand jury did not charge him on any of the criminal complaints.

On Thursday, Buzbee referenced Schefter’s tweet during a press conference.

Buzbee is currently calling on NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to significantly increase Watson’s suspension above six games.
“Our message to the NFL is simple and clear: Every victim of sexual assault is watching the NFL and Roger Goodell,” Buzbee said.
