Max Scherzer was not pleased with the Mets bat boy on Saturday night.
During Scherzer’s first pitch in the top of the fifth inning against the Braves, the team’s bat boy was seen running behind home plate trying to grab equipment from the on-base circle.
Scherzer was forced to stop his throw mid-pitch and gave the bat boy the death stare.

Max Scherzer terrifies me. I can’t imagine being the bat boy that interrupted his wind up last night. Do we know if he is a alive?
