Amazon Prime decided to make the bizarre decision to promote Taylor Swift during a football game.
In the third quarter of the Saints-Cardinals game, Amazon announcer Al Michaels introduced Swift and she went on to talk a few minutes about her new music video before showing a teaser.

While Taylor Swift fans were excited about seeing the video, NFL fans were confused.
making taylor swift fans tune in to thursday night football might actually result in a backlash big enough to kill thursday night football

Is the 3rd quarter of a Thursday night football game really the demographic for a Taylor Swift teaser trailer?

Is there a huge crossover of NFL and Taylor Swift fans that I didn't know about?

Thank you @NFL @PrimeVideo and @taylorswift13 for that completely pointless preview of Midnights…every football fan's favorite artist.

Amazon giving NFL fans what they really want with this exclusive Taylor Swift content.

Amazon TNF interrupted football game play to air a way to long promo for Taylor Swift – are you kidding me? The average NFL fan could careless about this and shows how Amazon is out of touch with fans, and just looking to hock leftist.
Seriously, bad placement & bad creative
