Tom Brady may have illegally tampered with the Miami Dolphins, but he’s not going to be receiving any punishment for his involvement in the scheme.
According to the NFL, Brady met with the Dolphins while still under contract with the Patriots and the Bucs.

NFL stripped the Dolphins of their 2023 first-round draft pick and 2024 third-round pick for violating the integrity of the game.
Dolphins’ owner Stephen Ross also suspended through Oct. 17 and fined $1.5 million.

While Brady was heavily involved with the Dolphins in the tampering case, the NFL has decided not to punish him because he was not the focus of the investigation, according to ESPN reporter Jenna Laine.
