While speaking with the media after the game, Carr got extremely emotional and started crying in the middle of his postgame press conference.
Derek Carr is tearing up at the press conference right now. I don't think I've ever seen the #Raiders QB this emotional.

Pretty easy to root for Derek Carr as a human being
Doesn't mean he's the best QB, but he sure does care about those around him – and that goes a long way in this world
Big fan of his
Need more folks willing to get emotional & be honest #Raiders #LasVegas #DerekCarr https://t.co/3MXVjDF6rL

Not gonna knock the guy for being emotional.. we all know he's a loyal Raider and we've all shown him support. It's just time to move on.. nothing against him as a person.. the dude is first class but he's just not the best thing for the Raiders anymore. #Raiders https://t.co/2E6ZSNG7oZ
