Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are prepping for a messy divorce.
According to reports from the Daily Mail and Page Six, the divorce is beginning to get “nasty” as the two hire divorce lawyers.

Page Six reports that Gisele has hired Tiger Woods’ divorce lawyer.

According to Page Six, the battle isn’t about custody but how to split the money and properties between the two.
“A source said, “Things are very nasty between Tom and Gisele because of the lawyers. They are ready for a fight.”
“Tom and Gisele are not battling over the kids, they both want joint custody. But it will take some time to divide their immense wealth and property all over the world,” the source added.”
As for Brady, he’s struggling on the football field after the team lost to the 1-5 Carolina Panthers.
Brady is currently under .500 this far into the season for the first time since 2002.
The last time Tom Brady was under .500 this far into the season (7 games in) was 20 years ago, when the 2002 Patriots lost four straight to fall to 3-4. The Patriots were also 3-4 after 7 games in 2001.
Brady's never been under .500 eight or more games into an NFL season.
