Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett figured out his old teammate, Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson, was using the same hand signals he used to use in Seattle during their game on Monday Night Football.
Lockett was mic’d up for the game and can be seen telling other Seahawks players what Wilson’s hand signals meant before he snapped the ball.
“They got our same stuff. I literally called it,” Lockett said.
Interesting: #Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett told teammates that Russell Wilson is still using the same hand signals he had when he was in Seattle.
Lockett: "If you see this…"
Tariq Woolen: "Go ball"
Lockett: "That's a Go."
"He's running a Go!!"pic.twitter.com/wm61uxlZ28

It’s pretty bizarre that Russ would use the same hand signals in a game vs his former team with players familiar with them.
Fans blasted Wilson for being so dumb.
Shows how simple his play is. Dude is so one dimensional and inept at reading defenses, he can’t even handle switching up his signals lmao. He really went into his old house with the same signals?!! Oh man… https://t.co/Bkbrl1AT3S

Despite not changing his hand signals, Wilson still threw for 340 yards on nearly a 70 percent completion rate.
Worked well for them…340 yards and 70% completion. https://t.co/cY6Ob1GY3z
