Sam Darnold appeared to suffer a serious ankle injury on Friday night.
In the third quarter of the Panthers-Bills preseason game, Darnold appeared to badly roll his ankle while getting tackled to the ground.

Darnold tried to walk to the sideline on his own but couldn’t and had to be carted off to the locker room.
